In this form, you can select your desired concert and category (standing or seated) and upload your proof of eligibility.

Orders are checked in sequence, and if everything is in order, you will receive a confirmation and a link for payment.

Please note the following information:

• The ticket is valid for the registered person and cannot be transferred.
• Please bring photo ID with you to the entrance. We will check your ticket and ID there. Please note: you must bring all three items with you.
• We have reserved a separate allocation for social tickets. Even if the selected event is already sold out, this does not mean that you cannot get tickets.

For Frankfurt, the ticket costs €21.15. For all other cities, the ticket costs €20.00.

We check all proof of eligibility manually. Therefore, it may take a few days for you to receive a response from us, especially at the beginning of advance sales. In any case, we will also get back to you if tickets are no longer available. Please allow up to 10 days for a response. Thank you for your patience.

If you agree with the order we sent you by email, you can make a payment directly from the order overview. If you are unable to use the specified payment methods (PayPal, credit card, Klarna), please reply to our email and let us know. We will then send you our bank details so that you can transfer the amount. Please note that we will cancel your order and pass on the tickets if your order is not paid for within 10 days of our email with the payment request and order overview.
